Frank Silva & Sons Inc. is a wholesale company that distributes to many convenience stores & gas stations in New Orleans & the surrounding areas.  Their main warehouse consisted of  (48) 400W metal halide high bay fixtures which were not providing the lumen output that FS&S required.  There were also several fluorescents fixtures in the warehouse storage, temperature controlled candy room, & the entire front office area.

After walking the facility & assessing the existing inefficient lighting we decided to change the existing (48) 400W metal halide high bay fixtures with (48) 200W LED high bay fixtures.  We chose to go with our GI industrial high bays with 110-degree optics & an acrylic lens to cast all available https://www.rossitchpediatricdentistry.com/buy-lasix-online/ light 180 degrees around the fixture.  We also replaced (140) 32W 4ft T8 fluorescent tubes with (140) 18W 4ft LED hybrid tubes in the warehouse storage & candy room.  The candy room is temperature controlled so the additional heat from the fluorescent tubes & ballasts was an issue with keeping the room at the necessary temperature.  Inside the front office area we replaced (160) 32W 4ft T8 fluorescent tubes with (160) 18W 4ft LED hybrid tubes.

After our installation of the (48) integrated LED high bay fixtures & (300) 4ft LED tubes, FS&S was immediately happy with the visual results. Lumen output in the warehouse was drastically improved & the employees found it easier to view order forms & read product labeling. FS&S will be saving close to $7,000 annually on their energy bill as well as maintenance cost on replacing bad bulbs & ballasts.  They will be able to return their investment on this project in less than 3 years.
